The colour of Indigo represents intuition, perception, integrity, vision and service to humanity. It is the colour of wisdom, inner awareness, symbolic of the higher mind, of all that happens within and around us. Accessing inner wisdom, freeing ourselves of fears and limiting beliefs, transforming old patterns and developing a pioneering spirit in all walks of life is crucial to Indigo View’s mission.
I do this with all of my students and clients, not through academia or intellectual approaches only; but by working with the physical, somatic body (which stores all of the negative, heavy energies, histories and emotional scar tissue that need to be processed and shed); by coaching with practical tools and techniques around mental health for clarity and, by teaching you about your emotional world and landscape, to not only better understand yourself but to better understand those around you.
